No Refund Policy for digital products

As digital products are intangible and can be easily duplicated, we do not offer refunds for any reason, except as required by applicable law. By purchasing and downloading digital products from BlueSky Financial Records, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales of digital products are final.
• We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any digital product, regardless of the reason.
• We are not responsible for compatibility issues or any technical difficulties you may encounter while using our digital products, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving any issues.
• Any requests for refunds or chargebacks through payment processors or financial institutions will be considered a breach of this policy and may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our digital products.

By purchasing and downloading digital products from BlueSky Financial Services, you signify your acceptance of this Digital Product No Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for changes.

Bookkeeping cleanup services will require a retainer to be paid prior to the commencement of any work. The retainer will be the equivalent of 1/3 of the time period being cleaned up.  For instance, if the bookkeeping requires 1 year of clean up, a retainer of the equivalent of 4 months fees will be due.
